Professional & Technical Skills
- Demonstrated experience in Defence or complex systems environments
- Practical experience in systems engineering, architecture, safety, T&E or engineering management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Defence policy, capability life cycle frameworks (CLC/ODCS) and engineering standards is highly regarded
Qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualification in engineering, systems engineering, or related discipline
- Professional registration (e.g., CPEng, RPEng, or equivalent) is advantageous
- Industry qualifications in safety, systems engineering, or test & evaluation are a plus
Clearances
- Ability to obtain and maintain Australian security clearance (Minimum Baseline)
- Existing clearance (Baseline, NV1, NV2, etc.) is highly regarded
Others
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency (in line with Defence and national security requirements)
- Strong communication skills
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
